Artists who participated in the 2013 “Express Your Art,” Street Banner Program may now purchase back their banners!  The donation price is $25.  All proceeds will provide continued support of the banner program.

Banners may be purchased from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the week of June 10 to 21 at the Parnell Park Community Center, 15390 Lambert Road.  Checks should be made payable to the Whittier Cultural Arts Foundation.  Cash payment will also be accepted.
