 Whittier Mayor Owen Newcomer double-checks the time on the Whittier Centennial Clock which was rededicated on November 27, on the Library grounds at the northeast corner of Mar Vista Street and Washington Avenue. The Clock was removed and put into storage during the construction of the new Whittier Police Station and refurbishment of the Civic Center.
