Whittier Police Arrest 68-Year-Old Man on Molestation Allegations
May 23, 2015  On May 22, 2015 at 7:15 A.M., Whittier Police Detectives arrested 68-year-old, Joseph Anthony Teixeira at his residence on the 13500 block of Philadelphia Street in the City of Whittier.
