Gift and Ticket Policy

On March 24, 2009, the City Council adopted a Gift Ticket Distribution Policy. This policy was developed in compliance with California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Regulation 18944.1. The purpose of the Policy is to ensure that all tickets the City receives from public and private entities and individuals are distributed in furtherance of governmental and/or public purposes.
