The City of Whittier has announced the cancellation of this year’s 4th of July Freedom Walk, originally scheduled for the morning of Friday, July 4, 2025, at Palm Park. Please join us at the Fireworks Spectacular in the evening at York Field.

Want to start your 4th of July morning off with a celebration? Join us for a FREE Flag Raising + Freedom Walk at Palm Park!

We’ll have treats, patriotic crafts & holiday FUN FOR ALL as we celebrate our history with a brief walk down the Greenway Trail.
