We're celebrating International Zine Month with hands-on workshops, creative stations, and activities for all ages. Whether you're brand new to zines or a seasoned zinester, there's something for everyone!
🧵 ADULTS: kick off the day at 10:30 AM in the MakerSpace with a video game-inspired needlepoint workshop (and take home a needlepoint zine!). Spots are limited. Sign up at the Central Adult Reference Desk.
🎨 ALL AGES: Stop by the Community Room for live screen printing with Colors in LA @colorsinla and customize your own FREE pencil pouch. Don't forget to swing by the mini button-making station too!
✂️ ALL AGES: Make your own zine with the help of Eori Tokunaga @eoritokunaga and Marie Harlan @_marieharlan. And bring your zines to trade while you're at it!
