Planning Commission Meeting - Cancelled

The Planning Commission consists of five members who advise the City Council concerning the General Plan; make recommendations to the City Council on subdivisions, zoning, and land use matters; and hear requests for zone changes, variances, conditional use permits and development review applications. 

(Whittier Municipal Code Chapter 2.28)

Meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber in City Hall.

Notice of Cancellation

Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled for August 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., is cancelled due to lack of quorum. The next regular meeting will be held on September 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

The following items scheduled on the August 18, 2025, Planning Commission Regular Meeting Agenda, will be continued to September 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Whittier City Hall Council Chamber located at 13230 Penn Street.
