Special note-Due to the Veterans Day observance closure , The Read to a Dog program will be today November 4.  Next month it will be on December 9 (second Tuesday of the month).

Come Read to a Dog! 
Children are invited to practice their reading skills by reading aloud to friendly, certified therapy dogs! This fun and supportive program helps young readers build confidence, improve fluency, and develop a love for reading—all with a non-judgmental, furry friend by their side.

📚 When: Tuesday, November 4 at 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
📍 Where: Central Library, 7344 Washington  Ave., 
🐾 Why: Reading to dogs makes reading fun and helps children feel more relaxed and encourages positive reading habits!
