PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

The work consists of reconstructing sidewalk panels, access ramps, concrete curb and gutter, driveway approach, tree removal, root pruning, importing subgrade, replace water meter pull boxes, and resetting survey markers including furnishing all labor, materials, tool and equipment, in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (The Greenbook), 2024 Edition. 

The Public Works Department selected an area as a priority for sidewalk repairs based upon the Sidewalk Maintenance Program’s criteria for reconstruction. This area is bound by Wardman Street, Painter Avenue, Whittier Boulevard, and Comstock Avenue.
