Project Description: The Work will consist of mass excavation; subgrade preparation; earthwork; installation of high density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane, geosynthetic clay liner (GCL), geocomposite, geotextiles; installation of HDPE, corrugated metal pipe (CMP) piping; construction of surface water control structures; and asphalt concrete paving, in accordance with the project plans and specifications for the Whittier Utility Authority, Los Angeles County. Please visit PlanWell for specifications and plans.
