The State of California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Regulation 18705.5 requires city councils making appointments of council members to compensated non-City positions to approve and post a report regarding the appointments on the City’s website. The FPPC’s report is called Form 806, Agency Report of Public Official Appointments. Any Council Member may be appointed to any of the compensated positions.
